Everyone has a nervous time during interviews. In fact, it is very natural. If you are not nervous, then maybe you are interviewing far too often! Throughout my career, I have been on both sides of the table. Being the interviewer gives you the command and control of the discussion. Flip the coin and being on the other side may make it very difficult to portray yourself correctly by being humble and passive.
